Morning Habits To Lose Weight



Success takes successful habits. What is a successful habit? Anything did regularly help 
achieve success.


If you look at most successful people, they do things every day that helps them become a 
greater success. They are usually on top of their game on the time.

How are these people on top of their game all the time? Especially when you can't seem to 
be on top of your game that often. It's simple, they have successful habits.

A habit is anything that you do consistently yet unconsciously. A habit, for example, is going 
into the bathroom the first thing in the morning when you wake up.

Other common habits include grabbing the remote control the first thing you do when you go 
onto your couch. These are an example of not so successful habits.

Examples of successful habits include waking up at 7am or earlier every day. Exercise first 
thing in the morning. Drinking a half liter (2 glasses) of water every morning. Planning out 
your day every morning in a form of a Daily Goals List.

These are examples of successful habits. If you want to be successful in life you have to 
cultivate successful habits and get rid of bad ones.

A good way to build habits is consciously planning out a regiment for your day. For blocks of 
time, like your "Morning Ritual". This concept is something I got from Jason Fladlien and 
Eben Pagan. Get a good morning habit. The first things you should be doing for the first hour 
& half to two hours is to get your mind and body ready for the day's work.

So things suggested to-dos include, drinking water, exercising, meditating for 5 minutes, 
planning your day, eating healthy, shower/brushing teeth and visualization, affirmations and 
positive thinking. Start your day off right and the rest of the day will be good.

Once you have your morning routine in place then you can move onto the first few hours of

habit. This way you'll get more done in less time.
